With only 9 buildings and 44 units spread over 6 acres of lush tropical foliage, it is the lowest density condo complex at Mauna Lani and perhaps the island.

We want to INTRODUCE our heavenly retreat at the exceptional price of $239.00 per night with seventh night free!
Stays of two weeks or more qualify for our $199.00 nightly rate.
Other fees: $350 security deposit (fully refundable), cleaning fee $150 and the Hawaii tax rate is 11.416%.
50% deposit required upon booking, 100% if booked within 30 days

The Palm Villas are nestled right in the middle of the luxurious Mauna Lani Resort. A lagoon style swimming pool with waterfall and jacuzzi hot tub surrounded by lush, manicured tropical flowers and plants is just steps from the door.
You are within a short, 12 minute leisurely walk through the fascinating royal fish lagoons and lava tubes in the historic preserve leading to the FABULOUS private white sand beaches and your beach club, the Mauna Lani Beach Club.
Privacy
No "foot traffic" from the Mauna Lani or Fairmont Orchid, and Hale Lani is one of the few in Palm Villas NOT situated on the fairways and faces northwest for beautiful sunsets and maximum privacy. Second floor gives a great view and added privacy.
